Amanda received her 500hr RYT in Philadelphia in 2008, and has been teaching, practicing, and continually learning ever since.

In the past ten years, she has taught Vinyasa in various parts of Pennsylvania, Montana, and now Florida. Her teaching embodies a gentle, spiritual, self-reflective practice that is tailored to what you need (or don’t need) in each moment.

Amanda works at incorporating an ancestral JOY into every class partnered with a focus on deep breathing, playful creativity and personal experimentation. (Oh, and every practice closes with a nice, long Sivasana!)
