Gentle Yoga

A slower paced class that emphasizes breath awareness, stretching, and restoration addressing practitioners need to slow down.

 

Slow Flow

Steady paced class that focuses on the fluidity of breath and longer holds in postures to develop strength of body and flexibility of mind. Props may be used to allow more accurate alignment in the poses.

 

Mixed Level

Variable pace class that embraces all levels, from the beginner to the advanced level practitioner. Class Focuses on the breath, alignment, mindful awareness, and modifications in postures.

 

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic and energized pace class that focuses on how students move seamlessly from one pose to the next creating the flow and a moving meditation on the mat.
