This beginner four-class series is ideal for those who are new to yoga or those who wish to deepen their understanding of basic yoga poses.
This series introduces the fundamental yoga poses with a special focus on alignment and breath work. Through step-by-step verbal descriptions and demonstrations, the emphasis is on student safety, understanding, and enjoyment. Gradually these poses are linked together into a gentle flowing sequence. Props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps will assist practitioners to understand the postures.
PRICE: $100 + Free yoga class (after the course)
DURATION: 5 Hours ( each session 75 minutes)
TIME: Saturdays from 10:00 – 11:15 AM
