The workshop
will deepen student's understanding of the relationship of standing poses
with the "flow" aspect of the Vinyasa Style Class. Detailed view
of posture alignment and learning of "Step Back Series" / Sun Salutations.

BEGINNERS

Three sessions especially designed for complete beginners. It is an excellent,
structured way of getting to know the basics of Yoga. Learn the fundamentals
of alignment and breathing which will come into immediate play in your everyday
life. You will also learn and practice basic stretches, balancing poses,
strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques.

You can
begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that can arise from
practicing Vinyasa yoga such as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular
and digestive health, as well as a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness.

attention and can gain the skills and confidence to move into group classes.
