Enjoy a weekend of yoga and energizing meditations in a country lake
bed and breakfast inn resort in the Pennsylvania Delaware River region.

Take time to breathe the fresh, crisp air, touch the rich, cool ground, and open to your place in nature. This is a weekend of turning yourself inward with a simple and deeply energizing yoga and meditation experience. Each day is rounded out with an integrative and soothing activity, such as walking meditation or restorative yoga.

Friday

2:00 – 10:00 pm Arrival

7:30 pm Introduction

Saturday

8:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast
10:00 – 12:00 am: Asana Practice
12:30 – 2:00 pm: Lunch
2:30 – 4:00 pm: Pranayama Workshop
4:30 – 5:00 pm: Light Snacks
5:00 – 6:00 pm: Break: Rest / Walk / Study
6:00 – 7:30 pm: Dinner
8:00 – 9:00 pm: Meditation Workshop

Sunday
8:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast
10:00 – 11:30 am: Asana Practice
12:00 – 1:00 pm: Lunch
1:30 – 2:30 pm: Walking and Sitting Meditation
2:30 pm: Light Snacks, Closing and Farewell

Reservations
Limited Seating. Please make your reservations at least two weeks in advance for weekend workshops. 10% discount on reservations 45 days prior to event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, and checks payable in U.S. currency only.

Meals
We provide delicious, nutritionally balanced meals. Vegetarian meals are available upon request. (Please advise during reservations).
